Airtel — Incorrect & Undefined Mobile Charges - Service stopped after payment.
I have been imposed incorrect & undefined charges in the name of "one time charge" my mobile bill for the last 2-3 months by Airtel Mobile provider. I have complained about it, talked to customer care & even put the query & written it to them on mail. Even tried to call nodal officer but no one is picking call. I am not getting resolution for my problem.
Even I have made rest of the payment except these charges but Airtel has barred my number & services. Every time their customer care rep. calls me & transfer call to their senior but not giving me justification of the charges imposed & none of the senior person is picking call, worst customer service & attention.
This is completely illogical & unjustified. Please do the needful ASAP.
