Airtel — Incorrect & Undefined Mobile Charges - Service stopped after payment.

I have been imposed incorrect & undefined charges in the name of "one time charge" my mobile bill for the last 2-3 months by Airtel Mobile provider. I have complained about it, talked to customer care & even put the query & written it to them on mail. Even tried to call nodal officer but no one is picking call. I am not getting resolution for my problem.
Even I have made rest of the payment except these charges but Airtel has barred my number & services. Every time their customer care rep. calls me & transfer call to their senior but not giving me justification of the charges imposed & none of the senior person is picking call, worst customer service & attention.
This is completely illogical & unjustified. Please do the needful ASAP.

Airtel Mobile Services — Deposit & activation charge problems

what is the deposittaken on the mobileno[protected]
Dear all,

I am using airtel services for the two years before four months i had changed prepaid connection to postpaid connection, and for four months the billed amount is about 400 to 500, but the bill dated 03/01/08 the amount to paid is about 1900.13, suddenly i checked the summary of the usage in that i came to know that the GPRS usage is billed for 1310 . i dont know wat to do i had sent mail to the airtel customer care office. but till now i had not received any reply mails.

Airtel — bill after stop service

I have raised the request for stoping the service of my old no [protected] & paid full payment at 2nd nov to airtel repersentative & he has recived this request & provided me the phoyo copy . but still I am getting the bill for the same .
I have called to airtel customer services but they are saying the service of this no is still runing . i have send the scan copy of the stop service request application but there is no action .

please help me in this regards.

Airtel — wrong charges from last 2 months

Dear concern,
three month ago I received a call from airtel and an executive convinced me to take a one month plan in which i had to pay rs299 and i will get 999 min of calling to any local GSM mobile, I agreed because they said its just for a month. one month passed i paid that money. then again next month i received a bill which include rs299 extra, i called 121 and said them to deactivate this service, they said it will be deactivate. but again this month i have received the bill with rs299 added. I called them again and said that i will not pay this money but their executive PUSHPINDER (FEMALE) said "nothing can be done now", when I asked to talk to the senior, she said she is the senior most and nothing can be done.
i am using airtel number i;e ([protected]) from three years and this is a total harrasment for an old customer and i want that something can be done for it.

Airtel Mobile — Charges even when the call do not go through

I am a subscriber of Airtel mobile. I noticed that there are lot of charges for calls for short duration (3-15 sec/pulses).
On close scrutiny of many of my old bills, I found out that these charges are for calls that never went through or got connected.

I would imagine that this is a big racket by the telephone company as most people do not recall which calls actually goes through.
I wonder if there is any independent authority to Audit these "Short duration " calls.

Airtel Mobile — Incorrect Charges Applied.

I have received a bill for with the incorrect charges. I asked to change my tariff plan after which i have been charged for both the rentals & when i asked to rectify it, they didnt do that & now for the last 1 week, my calls are also barred even after raising complaint for incorrect bill so many times. This is happening for the third time during the 2-3 years of services i am taking from airtel. Now i just do not want to continue with thier services. I have 2 number, one is +91-[protected] & other one is +91-[protected]. Bith the numbers have the same problem. Its rediculous that the fault is from thier end and they have barred my calls(outgoing) & when they unbarred it, they'll charge the rent for that period as well. So i dont want to carryon with airtel anymore.

AirTel — Payment charges

I have made my payment of Rs. 1183 against my outstanding amount of Rs.1333 in the Airtel Gallery on Malad. I was given a waiver of Rs.150 by an Airtel exceutive in the hotline.

However I have now received a bill for the same with late payment charges. My Churn Request number is 30559054.

I have send an email to nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in on 15/02/2010 but have not received any email from them.

BHARTI AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE — Charge for Talking to Customer Care

I have a Airtel Mobile Connection and the No is [protected], Recently i called to Customer Care of Airtel for inquiring about DND, that was registered on 10th June 2010, I got shocked by listening to that i will be charged 50PS for 3 minutes for talking to Customer Care Service, I wanted to Know from the Airtel that for what purpose we will call to your Customer Care Center- i think if we have any problem with your Service only we will call, if you give Good service why we call, i think this is the Only company which charges for Talking to Customer Care Service, No body will call your Customer Care Centre to Pass their TIME, Please Take Proper Action against to this, and let me know.

AirTel — service stopped

We are using Airtel landline phone in our office as corporate connection as Swastick tubes Pvt ltd, a/c no.14882721. We have received excess billing from 24.4.11. We have paid the bill on 10.5.11 (before due date) and complained to Airtel for excess billing. Which’s complaining no. is 47612594. Our complain has not been resolved after regular follow-ups. We have received again excess bill next time. Now we have not paid the bill and our services have been stopped.

We want to resume our services & solve our complain. This is our corporate connection direct & indirect loses.

AirTel — incorrect charge

Sir my mobile number is [protected] and my name is Randhir mishra...on the date[protected],airtel company diduct 52 rs(apprx.) from my balance...when i asked them about the reason..they were unable to give me proper reason...they were only pretending and extend the complaint resolution date....i have faced same problem lot's of time...they also stop my customer calling service...please help me to return my balance money..thanking you..
I am with airtel more than 6 month with same address same person ([protected]) But unfortunately my servicee will be disconnected without any information.Aft.that i have samitted my id & add. proof but till date my serv.will not active.My service had stoped from 30/07/2012.I suffer a lot in my business.
I request u to take an action that no one can suffer like me.
