Dear Sunil your profits are dipping but you deserve them. your customer care is pathetic and well trained ( in transfering complaint calls to wrong department, long option queues , not able to listen a perfectly shouting voice and keeping person on hold for 15 minutes). soon you will face the flak of this street smartness. your africa business will dip and so will india one both struggling as of now. understand you donot give farewell to your ex employees but at least a decent exit to your ex customer is needed. regards Payal Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel Landline — Landline not disconnected been a month
My AIRTEL Land line phone has not been disconnected despite of several complaints registered and useless complaint no.s provided! The Airtel people probably provide their customers with only USELESS and UNNECESSARY assurance for the work that they will never finish.I have lodged a complaint to disconnect my land line services the first time on 18/10/2010(Complaint No[protected] After no response and with my landline phone still active (ready to be misused by anyone in my old rental property)...I made another attempt to call and register another complaint on 21/10/2010 (Complaint No[protected]...!!
Till date I have spoken to several customer service people transferring my call to supervisors...but the work remains incomplete!
Absolutely disgraced by the service provided by a telcom giant!...just getting in more customers and not giving any attention to existing customers is the pathetic motto of AIRTEL!!...
If anyone concerned enough reads this grievance please provide help to those who need.......don't call up people and waste time promoting your other offers!!!!!
Airtel Land Line problem — Disconnection
Dear Sir/Madam,I Landline number is[protected] and it is not working for last three months and i requested multiple times for disconnection but nothing is happening and i am getting threatening calls from collection, please help me in this regard.

Airtel India Ltd — escalation on request been made several times for D&D
Hi,This is bring in the kind notice that i have purchased an Airtel Connection a year back but i have never received any kind of services from their end ,because from my phone never 121 is connected and also i made a request for DND service which they highlight as their best feature and also promoting on television on high rate but i have made a request for the same 3 to 4 months ago and my query is not been resolved and also when i tried calling through friends no. then also they disconnect the call every time because of which i m really tensed ......i have several times called 198 but no assitance is given...
I request you to pls look into the matter..

call from Pakistan ..+92 ISD codeToday 09Aug2011 at 08:04PM received a missed call from Pakistan no :[protected].I missed the call and culd not pick it up.Several time I got call from UNKNOWN number. On my Mobile phone screen the number displays as a UNKNOWN.Whenever I picked up the phone ,I didn hear any hing.
Please tell me why I am getting such type of call .

Bharti Airtel — Not disconnecting my Landline
I wanted my landline disconnected so I paid the bill, cleared the remaining amount as they asked me to do. But still they didn't disconnected my landline and started calling me periodically in 2-3 days asking for the reason of disconnection, upon giving the reason also they again called asking for reason and offering me some discount for continuing the service. This happened again and again and at the end of the month I received a new bill for that month. Now I have to first clear the bill again then ask them to disconnect my landline. I want to take an action which will waive my bill amount and give me relief from their service.Airtel India Ltd — Fraud on Broadband Connection
