[Resolved]  Airtel India — Wrong deduction of charges from my prepaid a/c

Sir,
I have top up my cell phone [protected] for 2 x 555 at chennai India,during Sep.2012, before leaving to New Zealand. I will be here at NZ till June 8th '13. My problem is call charges are getting detected with out making any calls or receiving any!

For example on[protected] at 21-14hrs without attending a incoming call from [protected], a call charge of Rs.100, is detected,then between this time and about 23-20hrs a call charge of Rs.99 is detected stating the call duration is 00:02:45, for which there is no call log at all.,it means I didn't made any call.

This is only a example,But I have lost my money many times ,from sep.2012 to till date without any use of my Mobil.kindly look into my a/c and make necessary correction to credit the wrongly detected amounts. I have made only 2 or 3 SMS only.,and there is no other uses in this period.

pre-paid — wrong deduction of charges

me vijay from punjab i have my cell n0 [protected]... i had taken a plan of rs 224. in which i will be charged .25p v2v...but basically co. charges 2rs from me by calling to 111 .the person said that in this case company will not refund the balance but onlt able to sort the problem...me want not only refund now but also xtra refund for bearing problem regarding this

Airtel — Threat to My Life & Children

I have received a call from some Mr. yadav [protected] that arrest warrant has been issued against me by delhi high court as Air Tel has filed a complained against me under sec 405-406/420
and so many other sections.

I want to inform that as I have already written so many times that I was having one Mobile no [protected] and I have given Rs.900/- as advance rental.and I have used this number around 10 months only and there was zero outstanding.

I have requested 50 times at Air Tel Customer Care to give me summary if there is no responce.

No one is helping me.

I am not aware to whom I should go ? I am help less.

Airtel India — Wrong deduction/ incoming calls

Airtel on 18 oct 2008, dedected 30 Rs from my account as devotional download pack. when i complain it they admitted they it was wrongly dedected and promised me refund into my account. nothing has been done so far from last 2 months i have been following with them. They block 121 /198 / [protected] all thr customer care number. Now today 18 dec 2008 they are telling me the i m being wrongly charge for incoming calls. this is shocking news. its shame on part of airtel that they misguide and are not capable of handling customer complains. My complain refernce no.[protected] & [protected]. Mr. Mittal stop claiming that airtel is No. 1, pls stop cheating and making fool o[censored]r clients. Worst service provider in India... AIRTEL

AirTel — Deduction from my a/c

I am using airtel connection. I have got the message from 5432160 that dial this toolfree number for making friends. when i dialed this number Rs. 30 was deducted from my main balance.
Now I am worried that without my permission why they have deducted my balance.
Please deactivate/Unsubscribe http://m.igfun.com from my mobile. My mobile number is ([protected]). I have already contact customer care...

AirTel — WRONG DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

MY A/C HAS BEEN DEDUCTED REPEATEDLY WITHOUT ANY REASON.AND CUSTOMER CARE ANY ANY OTHER OFFICER IS NOT RESPONDING, EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS.MY NOP SERVICE IS STILL ACTIVE SINCE MANY REQUESTS.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i use mobile office service but i download stuff many time deduct charges in my account my no [protected] opretars says this service no any downloading charges
On 20-Mar-2009, Rs 10 for 10 days was deducted regarding Airtel Friendz chat.
0n 24-Mar-2009, Rs 20 for 20 days was deducted for the same.

Once i hav paid for 10 days how come it has been deducted again.All the customer care numbers hav been blocked. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
This is not the first time i am facing a/c related problem.
I Beleive Airtel Quality has started to detoriate substantially.

AirTel — Deduction of amount from my a/c

Rs 193 deducted from my a/c bal.I have airtel prepaid no.[protected].Even i have not made any call.Pls look at this issue and it is not happening first time with me.I will be thankful of you.
My mobile no is [protected], i have not applied for mobile wab and i do not have that facility in my phone not the amount is been deducting every week kindly deactivate.

AirTel — Deduction From Pre Paid A/C

On 26.09.09 when i was in Banglore, a sum of Rs.99/- was deducted from my mobile pre paid a/c towards VAS PACK 99. My mobile no. is [protected]. I immediately unsubscribed via SMS for which unsubscribe SMS confirmation was received by me. However, the amount of Rs.99/- deducted was not refunded. I contacted airtel customer care a number of times but was informed that they do not have access to the network since the mobile no. is of Jharkhand state. I sent a SMS message to AIR TEL office in Ranchi having no.[protected] reading as follows :
"PLS. NOTE RS.99 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C IF IT'S NOT CREDITED IMMD. I WILL TAKE ACTION'
I received a SMS reply reading as follows:
"Plz.visit ARC in SPG Mart ... Bahu Bazar and register a complaint.
You have been unsubsubscibed from the Air Tel VAS PACK 99 service."
To this I replied via SMS as follows:
"I am based at Ghatsila& it's not possible to visit. Pls. ensure the amt. is credited or else i will discontinue Air Tel and lodge complaint with consumer court"
I did not receive any further communication thereafter.
Today i.e.2nd October 2009, I contacted the Air Tel customer service a number of times. At 15.26 hrs. I was asked to hold the line to speak to the senior. I held on for 17 minutes but did not get any one on the line. Subsequently, when I dial the Customer Service either the line is cut off or I get a prerecorded message asking me to SMS to lodge complaint .
I am at a loss to understand how such cheats are allowed to operate.

Airtel Prepaid — Wrong chares deduction from my prepaid account

I am airtel service customer having lifetime valadity prepaid account on my cell [protected]. I had availed your 63 recharge scheme in the last month on 17th September offering 40 paise airtel to airtel and 60 paise airtel to others for two month;s period. After two days I had recharged with Rs. 88 full talktime option. But I got less recharge from you. I tried to ensure about the problem by visiting to your mulund airtel gallery but didnot get any help as they said that they could not furnish information regarding call details. Again yesterday only, I recharged with Rs. 205 full talktime option. I made four calls after recharge not exceeding 10 mins. max. period for which you deducted Rs. 40 from my account. I tried to communicate this problem through sms and asked for customer care executive's contact no. But I didnot get any help from your side. If you are not interested in solving your customer's problems, I would like to discontinue your service henceforth. Please do not provide any of your services otherthan incoming & outgoing calls on my cell without my permission. I hope I will get positive feedback from your side as early as possible. If possible please provide my prepaid account charges details for last two months.

AirTel — deduction of charges

Dear Sir,
on 14 Jan 2010 I got a call from airtel for whether I wanted to change a song in hallow tune. I astonished and said them that I have not activated any such services and there is no question to change any song by then. I also confirmed from customer service on the same time. They also repetadely confirmed That in my account there is no any services is active. On 16 th I got message saying rs. 30/- diducted from my account. Again I contacted to customerand they assured to solve the problem by 19 th only after repeted query. On 19 th thrice customer executive connected to their supervisor they disconnected the line delibarately. I am fedup of their untrained and callous behavour. Now they have disconnected the option to contact customer care from my phone.
Kindly take such action so that I can get the amount back.

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel wrong deduction of charges

Dear Team,

This is with reference to the mobile number [protected] and [protected]. Both this number belongs to me(Pradeep yadav). This is so sad to inform you that there were deduction in both the numbers because of hello tune services. The number [protected] was out of service at 4.25 pm(this time is claimed by your executive of activation of hello tune)and my number was activated at 4.56(As per the recharge time.

On the other hand the number [protected] last call was at 11.23 am to [protected]. and they claim that the customer care was called at 4.25 for activation of hello tune. I tried contacting them but they said speak to supervisor and call was disconnected after some time. Any after several attempts i couldnt get connected

Airtel — Invalid Deduction of Rs 200 from my mobile

Sir I have the mobile SIM of Airtel Company. On 03 Aug 2011 the company deducted Rs 200 from my mobile without my subscription to any service. Later on 03 Aug 2011 when i talked with Consumer Care they told that Helotune has been in your mobile for which Rs 200 has been deducted from your mobile. When i told them that i don't need that service and please give my amount back in my mobile they don't responded on my complaint. The Consumer Care rep told me that your complaint has been lodge and we will send you the complaint number by SMS. But no SMS was sent to me. On 06 Aug when i again talk with them i come to know that no complaint is submitted from my side. When i repeated my compalint again and again no satisfactory reply was given by any of the service representative from consumer care.

Sir this is a fraud if a company deduct such amount without the subscription of consumer to any service. Sir please do the needful to bring my money back in my mobile. My Mobile No is [protected]. I am from Secunderabad near Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This SIM No is of Airtel Company.
I have a connection [protected] having prepaid Airtel connection.On dated 8th September 2011 I called on customer care for non working of internet on my some other number but It was shocking for me whn I disconnect the phone,Rs 30/- as Hellotune charges and Rs 15/- for song selection charges has been deducted from my balance.I Quickly Get unsubscribed for this service.But my balance has been deucted from my account.I called on customer care But still no satisfactory reply from their side.KIndly Help.

I m using no [protected] and big fat free store service is activated on my account and 5 Rs/ per day has been charged daily.After making a lot of complaint in customer care for deactivation of this service I am still waiting for the solution and charges is still deducting from my account.Worst service Provider
