[Resolved]  Airtel — International Roaming deactivation without notification

Hi,

International roaming on my corporate number [protected] is deactivated without my concern.
When I have called the airtel customer care the executive Yogesh Gadkari ( call reference [protected]) told me that the service was deactivated as my outstanding amount exceeded the limit.
I was not prompted for any bill payment via SMS or email, so I was unaware about that.
He also mentioned that the service will be again started if only I (or any family/friend) will go to airtel gallery. Please NOTE that none of my family members stay there at Mumbai so no one will be going to airtel gallery for this.
I want the service to be resumed ASAP. (Due to unavailability of my mobile I am unable to pay my other bills as my bank sends OTP to my mobile, which will result in interest charges.)
This was a very shameful event and really I feel very upset being a customer of airtel.

PS: I have made an online payment of 2000 INR and transaction number of the payment is 063673.

Airtel — international roaming deactivated without informing user

I am using an airtel sim taken from eranakulam no.[protected] .while taking its written on the manual that " international roaming activated" and its deactivated after I starts my roaming now I am in country .panama. and my business contact no. is not active.
