Airtel — internet of Rs 3000. from 14 nov. to 18 Nov | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I had a talk with airtel customer care. They are telling me that, I have used Internet of Rs 3000. from 14 to 17 Nov. in just 4 days. Apart from that i got my unbilled amount sms on 19 Nov. of Rs 1800.I[censored]nbill amount on 19 nov is 1800 Rs means Airtel is miss guiding the customers. So i called them back and asked to stop Internet connection. But they said don't worry about unbilled amount and IGNORE the SMS. My question is that I[censored]nbill amount on 19 nov is 1800 Rs and I have used Internet of Rs 3000. from 14 to 17 Nov. how it is possible. Please take appropriate action against the same.
