AirTel — Deducting the amount by activating false VAS
Respected Sir,My name is Mitesh, I am a subscriber of Airtel prepaid service, my number is [protected].I m using this service since a year and more now, but from last few months i have been facing a terrible problem with their auto activated VAS. Though i have not activated any of the following services:
1.celebyoga charged rs.10
2.Apps Download news charged rs.10
3.Hello tunes charged rs.15
4.Apps download news charged re.1
5.App download news charged rs.5.
When i called at customer care they kept me waiting and hang-up the phone without giving a satisfactory answer.
kindly do the needful.
