Hello, I want to change my IPTV Channel Package to pay per channel package as mentioned in your Airtel website. http://www.airtel.in/applications/leads/iptv/index.jsp?c=152&e1=yes&e2=1&pid=triple_play Please visit this link and select "Plans and Offers for you" and check the line mentioned. "Now Select your favourities and create your own Channel Packages!" If you cant get this, i wish to disconnect my subscription. I had enough of your irresponsible replies and call. Please don't call me and ask me to contact IPTV helpline [protected]. I have called several times in the last one month and got the response from them that they are pre-sales helpline and dont have access to backend application to change the IPTV package for existing customers. I want call only from Appellate Officer who is responsible for IPTV connection. I certainly don't encourage anyone else to call me. Please don't waste my time,strictly.....
