[Resolved]  Airtel Iptv — billing problem of airtel iptv dept.

i am a resident of vijaya apartment ,indirapuram , ghaziabad ,sir i was sold an iptv from airtel which has a connection from broadband service of airtel ,in this their sales man naveen sabarwal at bharti airtel services ltd ,b-38 / c-1 , sector -57 noida , told me that your monthly bill would be Rs.999/- & installment of your set top box would be Rs.1000/- and while buying the service i paid Rs.1500/- cheque to mr.naveen on 17th august which was cleared on 3 september2009 . then i went to my nearset center in indirapuram to pay my september bill thier at center they told me that no current outstanding is their in your bill but they adjusted my bill from my Rs.1500/- cheque it was not told to me (it is against rti).and on 26 september i recevied my bill of Rs.3993/- which included :
1.monthly charges- Rs.154/-
2.call & vas charges-Rs.161.30/-
3.dsl charges-Rs.00.0 ( because it is unlimited)
4.broadcast tv charges-Rs. 805.65/-
5.other charges -Rs.2499/- (it is no clear to me they are no telling me what is this charges & they are forcing me to pay his bill)
6.taxes-Rs.372/-
total charges Rs.3993/-
now i have paid Rs.2000/- at their center as told by mr. naveen & now they are forcing me to pay their other charges Rs.2499/- which is not clear to me at all & they are misbehaving with me .
sir so please take action against mr. naveen sabarwal (his tel.no.[protected]) & airtel for wrong information to consumer & exploitation of consumer .

Airtel — Wrong billing of IPTV connection

I have a IPTV connection along with a landline and broadband connection from Airtel,my No[protected],

I had earlier requested the Airtel people to transfer my connection from Tower 6 to tower 1 at Sushanth Estates on the 27th of March 2010, howerver they did not for their own reasons.

The connection waes restored only on 4th of May'10. For the full month of April I was not able to use their connections. I thereby requested them to offer me discount for non usage of connection for a month,
I had earlier paid my previous bill under protest and was promised that the discount will be taken care of in the next bill.
The response from the customer care centre is also not encouaraging and horrible to say the least.
I request one and all to stop using Airtel connections till the comapny improve

Airtel IPTV and Broadband — Airtel BILLING issue

Airtel is continuously sending me INCORRECT billing by charging separately for IPTV and Broadband. they are having me paying more than 1000/- for 113 tv channels..wow!!! will anyone believe this? My complaints from 22.3.2011 onwards are still unheard by Airtel.

Wrong billing.......frm the 1st bill issued on my connection there is additional charges of Rs1750 added (which was internal faults of airtel). despite repeated complaints tht amount was reverted but 10.3% tax was also charged on the same which was not reverted and also DSL charges of Rs.100 is being charged monthly even though i didn't avail for it.......
no satisfactory action is being taken and every now and then airtel callcenter representatives threaten of shutting the connection.and if we complain on 121 they dont listen to any greviances and they say that their system is not working so call again later....this has happened n number of times..
so i would like a visit from some responsible representative to clarify the doubts.

Airtel IPTV and Fixed Line — Billing for the services that they NEVER Provided

My airtel account no. is 16063749. I had a billing related issue with the compary few months back in which they wanted me to pay them Rs.1750, which they term as 1 time IPTV installation charges again. For the reason of not paying them [protected]@nd time they disconnected my all services i.e. Broadband, IPTV & Fixedline.

Anyways after making many complaints & later on writing on this website the issue was half resolved. The Airtel company reactivated my Broadband services, but my Telephone & IPTV are still not working.
From last few months i have been regularly paying them Rs.999 + taxes Rs. 102.9 every month as per my 999package which includes all the three services. Now they have been providing me only 1 service even after making several complaints. I even have complaint numbers along with dates with me.

Now i want Airtel company to tell me the bifercation of their 999 plan & what is the value of the Telephone and IpTV services that they have cheated me fo last few months without providing me these services
