Dear Sir/Madam,
I had requested for an Airtel IPTV connection on 22nd of July '2011. An executive from Airtel came to collect payment of Rs 999/- on 23 July 2011. The payment in cash was made by my father. The deatils of payment are given in the Customer Enrollment Form (CEF) no. - 2768743. The name of the person who collected the payment on behalf of Airtel was 'Sozab' his code is - NDSL140009 and mobile number is [protected].
I have been calling the customer care since 14 Aug 2011 and till date no resolution have been provided. When I didn't get the IPTV connection even for a month I asked them to refund my payments. Now even after 57 days, neither I have got my money back, nor I have got the IPTV installed.
When I call customer care they say your payment is not reflecting. I am not sure what needs to be done at my end as I already made the payments. Every time I call customer care I have to give the same details time and again. I have provided them with CEF number, emp code of the person who took the payemt even his mobile number. But still no action have been taken.
I wrote two mails on Sept 3 and then again on Sept 8 to the following email addresses - [protected]@airtel.in and nodal.[protected]@airtel.in. They even didn't bother to reply to my mails. Only thing that I got was a system generated mail that said my query will be answered in 72 hrs. Now even after 336 Hrs. I am still awaiting reply.
I request you to please either help me get my money back or get me an IPTV connection installed.
