[Resolved]  Airtel — IVR

I have a airtel number . I need some clarifications regarding my valued added services. Whenever I call 121 and select the required options to talk to Customer Care Executive the IVR voice says it will connect to the executive , but the call gets disconnected abruptly after the IVR voice ends. This happens everytime.

Airtel VR is very bad. It is very frustrating to register a complaint through it.

Yesterday my landline phone and broadband connection was down. Since that time I have been trying to register through complaint, but not successful. I spent (sorry waste) my 45 mnts time to register through IVR yesterday night, but after entering all the options, it is asking me to wait to connect to service agent and never connected.

Finally now I am able to connect just now and raise the complaint (of course, it took 10 mnts of my precious meeting time).
