[Resolved]  Airtel — unnecessary cut balance

sir i had lost my mobile on the way journey on 3 oct 2011 morning. so for that i had lodge complaint to customer care at 11.15 am to lock the
sim and they assured me to lock the sim within an hour of no outgoing and incoming at that time i had 200+ balance. because of good network and urgency in my job i had decided to continued with same no by purchasing duplicate sim at your customer outlet. but at 9 oct after my duplicate
sim activation i had checked my balance their is only a Rs10 in my account. so for i had talked to your customer care they told me that you had
set a hello tunes service for 165days on 3 oct 20ll at 2.45 pm. so for that i want to know this how come it possible if i had called for sim lock at the same day then how they set hello tunes service without my permission. your customer executive had done fraud with my account balance.
so i want my balance back.

Repeated requests to your No. [protected] and fruitfull action thereto. Your executives being cut Rs. 30/- for deduction of SUBSCRIPTION TO NAUGHTY JOKES. Yesterday my balance was Rs. 23/- something and they deduct Rs. 20/- for the same subscription to informing me that it is for 20 days subscription. What is this ? When I already deactivated my all activations by activated by your service executives through giving the request to No. [protected] (i.e. Miss_____) than why your customer services executives being deducted the same. I totally FAD UP with this work done by your executives. SHOULD I CLOSE YOUR SERVICE FROM MY NUMBER AND TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COMPANY. MY NUMBER IS mob. [protected] REPEAT [protected]. we also have the same complain regarding about hello tunes which they activated earlier and deduct 30 rs why should not inform us regarding this service which we don't want and not activated.
Call 121, nodal officer and appellete officer regarding this.

Airtel works only after you use abusive lagnuage as its in their nature now...You can also mail to all india appllete desk to get your resolution.

Actually Airtel is now more than a begger. Also post all your complaints in facebook and also share with your friends not to use airtel.

sir i have recharge with 147 for using unlimited internet but inspite of this there was deduction in my balance whenever i used the internet i aslo complaint about this than receive a call from airtel ofice that they will refund my balance but didnot and today aslo deduct my balance due to isd call but i have received message that on recharge of 42 all isd calls upto 300 minutes will charge at the rate of 1paisa per second so please refund my balance
in my number the company charge in one call extra 2paise for every call.so refund my balance
