[Resolved] Airtel — value added services | |||
sir i am having airtel connection since long pd my previus no is belongs to assam and rajasthan as i am in transferable govt job . that place airtel provides very good service . but in bangalore airtel service is worst . they started so many unwanted services without informing to consumer as so my friends facing this problem. on my no [protected] they started message from[protected] @ Rs. 2/- per day without my wish. i have send message and try to contact customer care thousand time but cc is not responding and after 1 or 2 ring it is disconnected automatically. and message rely god only understand. i am sending this complaint TRAI also. The value added service like messages ( Specially from[protected] I have not asked for.
Even after several reminders this facility was not removed and I had been charged.

from the last 8 to 10 days i have been trying to connect to customer care no 121 and [protected] for removing my cricket pack which i had not added it got added it self but there is no respnse from airtel as soon as they transfer my call to customer care personal it says please check the number you have dialed customer care and every day balance is deducted from my acoount please give me an advice on this or else i will have to stop using this number and other airtel numbers for ever

I have a prepaid mobile number [protected] of Airtel. Five months ago the company activated "Cricket" & "Shaayri" pack without authorization. When I complained to the company they informed that they have only 3 months' record. Still, they offered to refund Re.1 only. When I protested they offered to refund Rs.10 only. When they should have refunded at least 3 months charges.

Quite often the the value service calls and sms comes in it and that to odd times. some times i don't even know when value added services starts on their own. the amount keep deducting from the balance. i already ask to stop my services by sending SMS to 121. the message had come back to stop the services quickly. but still the amounts are deducating. i would like that all the services should stop, and there should not be any sms and calls from the company for any services in my mobile no. Please do the needful and give customer the services for which they should remember you.
