[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband/Phone Dead from 7 Days | |||
"My AIRTEL phone/Broadband is dead from 7 DAYS and my complaint is Dead in Airtel support office" AIRTEL Number: [protected] My Multiple Escalation in airtel also not seemed to be working. I was a loyal customer to airtel from past 8 YEARS, but now I started disliking it because of its unfaithful support system. reasons 1. A customer call is never taken seriously, my complaint was taken as a service request!!!! Why? I didn’t ask for any service! (Service Request No.6196410) 2. Even after repeated request mails I didn’t get a proper response from support that what is the actual issue. 3. later when I forced the support staff to escalate this issue. the escalation team provided a false reason and false ETA for this issue (48 hours) today the 7th day nothing changed. 4. My office work at home was totally hammered due to this. My repeated request to your support team was never regarded. 5.
