[Resolved] Airtel — Keep receiving bill even I don't have Airtel Connection | |||
This is regarding LL number [protected]. I am not using this number since last 6 months as I shifted to other place, still I am keep receving the internet bill. Every month I call Airtel that I don;t have connection anymore that then redeem the amount, but this keep happening This month again I got bill of 661 Rs even I have cancelled the connection. Again, I received bill of around 1151 Rs and still I don't have airtel connection, I got a call from your executive that amount will be waived off, I asked them to reply on mail, however you guys are not confirming on mail, number of times I called for cancellation and I got SR number for the same
And every time I asked for the confirmation on mail, that my number has been cancelled and I don't have any outstanding amount, however you guys are not replying me on mail.
I don't understand, what is stopping you to confirm on mail though number of times I asked you, is it because again next month you send me new bill and give excuse that my number is not cancelled and asking me for proof ?
