[Resolved]  Airtel Kerala — Number not added in the CUG.

My cell number is [protected]. While taking the connection. I was assured that it an corporate connection for my company. And 1500 mins CUG free. But from last 2 bills they are not adding my name in the CUG list and charging regular charge for the CUG numbers. I complained many times but they are not responding to it properly and they are saying they will do it. And once the bill is coming they are saying they will take care of it in the next bill.

I have a complaint against Kerala airtel postpaid that I asked the plan in the application is Kerala Special 100 CUG Plan in Mobile No [protected], but they activated some another plan that they wishes. I have been contacting for customer care from 1st February 2011 and everyday the executives give me complaint ID against my complaint and not give any solution and sometimes the call reaches to amazing places...Tamil Nadu customer care...Karnataka customer care...Airtel postpaid customer care...land line customer care...etc... In short even though I made more than 30 calls to the customer care, i did not get a proper answer to my question and my call did not transfer to whome it should reach. After one month they transfer my call to a senior executive/supervisor.The nexecutive gave me the number of Nodal officer, tried many times to that number, attending the call and they heard my complaint, but they putting on hold to verify the details and not attend even after 30 minutes. But some they attend the call and told me that they will call back to me after 1 hour, 2 hour, before 06.30 PM, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, etc…. etc…..but they do not make any calls to me even after I called to them.That the 48 hours is not yet finished even after 4days
The result was just I lost more than 100 rupees in many times and my valuable time. So
Now, I have decided to turn against Airtel at any cost...as they were just playing with me transferring the calls...as they did not contact me within 48 hours as they told...as they did not my required plan offered...above all as they are CHEATING the customers like me..

To the viewers of this...Please do not allow for any such cheating of major companies..they are getting huge profit from such cheating...When i infromed about this to a youth club, they supported me and we decided to write acomplaint to the consumer court from maximum customers and the good news is that another telecom company has offered us full support against this offering full expense for this.

I would like to know what do the airtel guys say about all this.
