[Resolved] Airtel — RETURN MONEY | |||
I am Rupali Dey. I am using a Airtel mobile prepaid connection which number is [protected]. I activated MO Rs. 5 taka pack on 10.02.2012 between 7:00am to 8:00am which auto deactivate after 24hours. This service was activated by voice call (I called to Airtel Customer Care). When I called the Customer care, then I asked the customer care "this service is auto deactivate or not?" Then they replied me "This service will auto deactivate after 24 hours and also you will get 50MB internet surfing. But, till now this service is not to deactivate and daily reduce Rs.5 from my Account. Was this information helpful? | |||
