[Resolved] Airtel — Irresponsible Airtel DTH Customer Executives | |||
My Airtel DTH Box has got a problem. Everytime when I switch on it, the channel & volume is reset to 100. When I contacted the executive, he told me that recently airtel had updated their software to do so. I understand, why do you want to set the channel to 100, but why do you want the user volume to 100. Is airtel recently updated their software to do so ? Then I had a conversation with one of your senior executive, Praveen G, Bangalore( Interaction ID :[protected]. He told the same too. When I took the DTH connection, I had an offer of two packs(which includes Tamil). Last week you removed that from my package. The offer that you offered should be there for the customer unless he changes his plan, right ? When I asked the same to your executive, he irresponsibly told me that you've the right to remove the channel without any prior notice. Is this the right way of dealing customer ?
