WE SHIFTED OUR OFFICE NOVEMBER MONTH AND WE REQUEST TO AIRTEL ON DECEMBER 6TH 2012 BUT THEY NOT GIVE THE BEST RESPONSE ALWAYS SAYING inform that we are unable to process your concern regarding the shifting due to some technical constraints. WE ARE USING 13 LAND LINE 23 CUG POST PAY AND IN CHENNAI CITY AIRTEL WE PAY THEM MORE THAN 1LAKS RUPEES EVERY MONTH. THEY SAYING OUR NEW ADDRESS IS NO NETWORK AREA. (OLD ADDRESS TO NEW ADDRESS JUST 1.3KM ONLY SAME PLACE K.K.NAGAR TO NESAPPAKKAM(NEAR TO Dr. Vimala Convent – Matriculation higher Secondary School PIN CODE IS SAME 600078) THEY ALWAYS SAID NO NETWORKS AREA AIRTEL NOT VISITED OUR NEW OFFICE PLACE BUT THEY PROVIDE THE ONE FILM ACTOR HOUSE AIRTEL BRING THE CABLES MORE THAN 1KM GAVE LAND LINE TO HIM. OUR OFFICE 400M ONLY FOR HIS HOUSE AND WE PRINT THIS NO OUR CDS AND DVDS MORE THAN 3 TO 5 LARKS CDS BOXES. WE SEND THE MAIL / MORE THAN 40 CALL @ 121 AND 198 / VISITED THEY OFFICE. WHERE WE WANT GIVE THE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS.

please do not pay advance money to this company they will not respond to u correctly

i[censored] pay money advance u can't change u r plane

for me they took 3000 RS for advance payment and 1500 rs for monthly

first month was ok

second month i asked to shift them they told 3 working day's that's all now it's nearly a month they have not responded so please do not pay in advance

Airtel — shifting of landline

we want to shift landline from one room to another for this we complaint about that but there is no response so please shift my landline from one room to another.

Airtel — Shifting of land line

I am from New delhi. My airtel account no is 13956666 and I have applied for the shifting of my landline cum broadband connection from AIRTEL on 6th November 2010 from the previuos address to my current address. But till date the shifting has not been done yet. I also called so many times on the Airtel customer care. They always assure me about the job done and they always gave me a new reference number. Now every time when I call on the customer care to check the status , Airtel customer care executives always told me that the case is under process and it will not take more then next 1 day.

I am extremely disappointed about the services that such a reputed company like Airtel. When our bill payments are delayed even for a single day we get 100 of calls but when it comes to refunding our hard earned money there is no sense of responsibility or ethics!
