[Resolved] Airtel Landline Broadband — Excess charges not reversed | |||
In the bill dated 9 Nov 2010 (Bill number[protected] I noticed an added charge of 85 Rs referred to as DSL usage charge. Called customer care and spoke to Ankur he said that this amount will be reversed in the next bill. (Complaint ticket no[protected] Did not receive the bill next month. On confirming with customer care exec Anurag came to know that the DSL charge was not reversed and the same was added in the bill for that month. (Complaint ticket no[protected]. He said that I could pay the bill by deducting the DSL charge for this month and the previous month that is Rs 170 . Hence I paid Rs 1127 (after deducting Rs 170 from Rs 1297) In the bill dated 10 Jan 2011 (Bill number[protected] was slapped with a late fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of Rs 170 in the previous month bill. Was told by your customer care exec Deepak (complaint ticket no[protected] to pay Rs 50 less and not to pay Rs 170 in the current payment. In the bill dated feb 2011 the charge of Rs 170 is still not reversed plus Rs 50 have been charged for not paying the full bill last time. I have been complaining in Airtel for past 5 months. The airtel customer care executives have told me that this charge of Rs 170 has been reversed. Then every month I am being slapped with late fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of complete bill. Airtel Landline & Broadband — Connection not working from 3rd March 2011
HiI am Ruche Mehra user of airtel landline & braod band connection at home my phone no is[protected]
My connection is not working from 3rd march onwards my complaint reference no is 43721886 i have been assured it will be taken care and rectifed by 4th march 11am through sms
Every time cutomercare officer tells me some problem with DP some technical issues will take another two or three days today i been told it is been damaged will take another three days by 20th it will be done
Now i am tired of their fake comitments first 4th march, 8th march, 11th march, 15th march, on 15 march next 24 hours and today 20th march
The most useless, lousy & sikening technical backup of airtel who took more then 15 days in making this connection get going or rectified, Sorry but even worse services then mtnl services
Now i donot wanted to continue with them, wanted to cancel may connection with immediate effect, i just want to ensure this should be taken care and i been commited by Mr Bharat some manager in thier customer service department that I will not be billed even a rental for this period untill it will rectified.
Please refund the deposit and your instrument collected from my address

I will only write in when I receive the bill. And so far the issue has not been resolved. Got a call from Sanjana on 3rd march that Rs 170 will be refunded (complaint no[protected] and bingo their is no refund in the current bill. I feel that you have made a mockery of the entire customer care system. I write to your nodal officers they say that Rs 170 is refunded. I get calls from your reps they say it is refunded... where is the refund. I paid the excess charge last month hoping that the Rs 170 will be refunded in the current bill... but no it is not. I feel I am just wasting my time trying to get someone to solve my problem in airtel but all I get is a complaint no everytime and no refund.
