[Resolved] Airtel Landline — misbehave by manager NIDHI KAPOOR | |
This is to bring to your kind knowledge that I puneet jain is an old customer of airtel using services of airtel for the past 10 years. I was using[protected] at my residence. As i have shifted to a new location, i am unable to pay the outstanding. A manager NIDHI KAPOOR from airtel was foolowing up for payment. I was in touch continously but one fine day due to busy schedule i could not able to receive her call. She called up my board number and misbehaved with the staff member. She said " sirf chaar hazaar ke liye office ana band kar diya". Than she misbehaved with my sister in law. i have a problem with airtel as there is no bill centre near our house we stay in kalkaji extn and there is no bill centre in the radious of 4 kilometres there is one easy bill shop who used to take the bills but now they have stopped taking bills they take the mobile bills and do some messsage and our bill is paid which they says is lappo system we are requesting u to please give them some system to pay the bills of landline to which will be benieficial for us and the locality persons ofour areas
