i want my landline call details from date[protected] to[protected]

There has been an overbilling of our landline No.[protected]. After several calls to the complaints dept. [198], our problem is not resolved as yet.
We are being contacted by different people thinking that we are complaining about internet, which is not the case, as the internet is working fine. The problem is about the overbilling of our Landline.
We have already repeatedly informed that to process your payment from our accounts section takes a week's time, and we are yet to resolve the same. Consequently you are going to be liable for the delay, as we will not take on the responsibility or late payment charges.
Please note that we are holding back your payment due on (3rd Mar'09) until you resolve the problem, as there is no way to justify the amount billed.
I need the Sales Head to get in touch at the below mentioned number at the earliest.
