Airtel - Landline — Incorrect Charges - No Response
Top Top Urgent.Kind Attn: Mr. Gurmeet S. Sandhu
Kind Attn: Mr. P.D. Sharma
Dear Sir/ Madam,
In context with the above cited subject matter, we have tried to contact your customer care department on many occasion but to our dismay we have got the worst possible response and therefore are not left with any other option but to bring the complaint in Black and White. Please note that I happen to be one of the customer on the privileged customers list with Airtel and have had an account with the company for almost 13 years now and definitely do not expect this sort of a treatment being given to my office.
Kindly refer to the enclosed attachment which would give you the insight into how we have been charged with incorrect charges for our given three telephone numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected]
Giving you a brief summary:
Telephone Number[protected] – We have been charged Rs.100.00 to Rs.150.00 per month basis for itemised bill whereas the charges conveyed to us were Rs.50.00 per bill. Totally unwarranted and we claim Rs.1750.00 as the difference in amount. No further payments would be made till the time this account is settled on urgent basis.
Telephone Number[protected] – We have been charged Rs.100.00 to Rs.250.00 per month basis on account of itemised bill and Top Up whereas the charges conveyed to us were Rs.50.00 per itemised bill and we never ordered ant top up so we are definitely not accepting these charges. We have been given to understand by someone really irresponsible in your customer care department that we have ordered this top up and when we asked them to give us a proof of our request or fax message which they claim we had sent they had no answers. Totally unwarranted and we claim Rs.44790.00 as the difference in amount. No further payments would be made till the time this account is settled on urgent basis.

I would now request you to take an immediate action in this matter so that the matter does not escalate to the next level.
Your early response and action the said matter would be appreciated.
Best regards.
