[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — Payment issue

Hi

Have made a payment for my landline [protected] bill via transaction of Rs. 550.00 at Bharti Airtel on December 08, 2009 via AUTH # T61795. Same is not reflecting in their sytems, have tried calling/ complaining on the website several times 28633264 is the complaint number which shows closed on their website without no one bothering to call me! Have paid the same bill 2 times over.

Not only this i have been charged late payment fee of rs 75.

Need reversal of both

i Have made a payment for my landline[protected] bill via transaction of Rs. 500.00 at Bharti Airtel on Sep 1st, 2010 via aA/C ID 14305153 .And Payment voucher No is 4615978 But My Fixed Line IS still Discennect .I Am Trying to calling/ complaining To u r Airtel Office Sec 12 FBD . But Did not gave me Result & Answer About this Problem .That Executive told Me that We will Started U r No with in 15 Mintes . but She Did, nt give response Plz Do something Abt This Problem . I m Suffring With this. I Have Call At Airtel Office About 15 Time .but they have no response.
I Hope u Will Take A Action about It.

Refere to my communication below done with one of teh recomended senior person in your Pune office who does not even bother to acknwledge the grievance.

My major concerns: No response to any of my complaints registered as below at your ends;

Request #289950 dated 17/11/2010

After having registered my grievance for so many times and placed my application to disconnect my landline connection the disconnection request has been taken care of immediately and against that very foolishly teh bills are being sent to me.

I hope you will understand that you cannot bill a customer whose line id disconnected and will close teh siuue immediately.
Also dont forget to collect up your instrument from my house.

Application for disconnecting my broadban was given on 19 sep 2010 and to convert my connection to voiceline plan of rental 350 per month was given

To astonishment the billing statement recd was 900 and line was deactivated and even after paying bill the line has not been activated till date

To add to frustrations recd a bill statment showing outstanding of Rs 1155.60

And your cc team again and again want confirmation whether I have given application before

Please stop harrasing me and revert all the outstandings with immediate effect.
Also take up my request to have the connection disconnected and get away from the pack of irresponsible Airtel team immediately

Hope so that as a senior you will take note of same and revert back immediately and do not behave ignorant and foolish alike your junior team

PLEASE BE INFORMED MY LIABILITY FOR CURENT MONTH IS ZERO PAYMENT

If troubled more then I think pulling you up in Consumer Forum will be a correct way to get myself compensated for the poor services and the harassment since last two months
