I hope you will look into the matter and do the needful as quick as possible. I wish to enjoy the services of Airtel but with better facilities. from Milita Dear All, It has been a pathetic condition followed by the airtel people to solve the problem of dead phone as when the people were pestered with the above set of complaints they did send a unqualified person who came and shook the wires attached to my internet connection that I had to tighten it up to get back my connection, and after a wild shake to the wires he said that there is no problem in the dial tone but there is problem in the wire system and assuring us that men will be soon coming after few minutes he vanished, and so ended our hope of our problem being solved. I bought this line for internet service. But unfortunately the net is not working for the last three months and even after many complaints it has not been set right. Kindly disconnect it please and give me refund for the last three months bill, which i have paid.
