Airtel landline phone — improper functioning of phone

My telephone no is[protected] .In addition to dial-tone the phone creates continuously unusual sound, which continues even during conversation.

Airtel Landline — Line dead and non-functional for months

My airtel landline no[protected] only works rarely in any month. Every month the set gets dead for many days and there is no solution. I am totally fed up always giving bills timely and again for the duration that I never use due to its dead condition. Oh! Please take it away as soon as possible or I WILL THROW IT ON THE ROADSIDE...

My landline phone no. is[protected] and this dad from[protected] at 5.00 pm .I have try custmor care on 121 but no responce. So pl's I req u pls help me . thanks. My cell no. is [protected]. THANKS's.

i have placed a request in airtel on 27th aug'09... regarding migration of the plan.. i opted for unlimited internet plan... the plan is not yet activated & i haven't any confirmation call.

i am not at all satisfied with airtel... anyways kindly mail me ASAP so that i can give you my airtel landline number.

It is hereby intimate you that despite several complaints regarding non-operative landline connection OF MY PHONE NO [protected] ON NAME OF PRAKASH CHAND POKARNA,my complaints no 1st 45505104,2nd 45566654,3rd 45809862 have gone unheard by your office.as a result from past 20days from 21.04.2011 till now iam not being able to use the phone,which has put me into great hardship with no communication facility at my place. further iam this day intimating you through this letter my bills are up-to date paid and there are no arrears as such. the instrument is bad condition and no line connection and in non functional/dead state. i hearby inform you to recive the connection with new line and replace the old with new instrument.and my services which were availabel on my phone earlier continue.further make note i shall not be liable to pay any rental and phone and other charges for the period from the month april until the dare my services are re-instated.i spoken with many excutives mr sunil,naidu,veena,lokesh,girish and mr raghavendra but no any use & no proper response to customers and teling a lie and wrong comitments,making us fool by day by day delaying i gone to head office at bannerghata road and told our issue but no response properly we are excisting from 8 years..sorry for we dont have photos & recorder right now but i surely i attach and send again. from prakash chand pokarna,

Airtel — DEFECTIVE INSTRUMENT NO ATTENDED

We have a landline [protected], and the instrument (Provided by Airtel with their logo) is defective. I made a complaint - 3600146.

I was informed that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. Next day I was informed that AIRTEL has stopped attending to Instruments since OCT 2010 and it has to be taken to their Service Center and repaired at cost. While providing the connection we were not informed about such arrangements. In fact the instrument was once replaced when it was defective.

How can they unilaterally change service conditions. No intimation was given regarding change of service conditions.

MY FIRM A AIRTEL LAND LINE CONNECTION AND WE PAID AROUND 2500 PER MONTH TO AIRTEL BUT FROM 4 MONTHS AIRTEL TAKEN JUST DOUBLE AMOUNT FROM US , AS I CALL SO MANY TIMES ,THEY ALWAYS GIVE A HOPE TO CORRECT THEM AND ALSO I ALSO CALL NODLE OFFICER BUT THEY ALSO CANNOT SOLVE OUR ISSUE ,WE USE AIR TEL CONNECTION SINCE FROM 6 YEARS & IN OUR FAMILY ALMOST WE HAVE 29 CONNECTION OF AIRTEL ....
BUT BHARTI AIRTEL CANNOT GIVES US SOLUTIONS
