Inspite of full up to date payment of my Airline Landline Account No. 12062212 against Phone Nos.[protected] and[protected], my connection has been disconnected.
I have visited the Airtel Office at Jalandhar and met Ms. Pooja, their authorised representative and she himself calculated the whole bill as the bill was overcharged due to the fact that I have given the request for disconnection of my Telephone bearing No.[protected] few months back. My son paid the whole bill in office. itself. Then there representative came to my office and calculated the next bill after deducting the excess charges of disconnected phone and I paid the balance in cash. Now no bill is due and today in the morning they have disconnected my phone for no fault of ours at our end as far as payment is concerned.
I have requested them three to four times through their representative but no positive action or reply is being given. They are just befooling me that your phone will be started within half and hour but more than eight hours has passed but no result.
Kindly get the needful done and I be relieved from the autocratic rather hitler type behaviour of non-cooperation of Airtel Office situated at Jawahar Nagar, Jalandhar. My email address is : [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? |
