[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — Regarding Compaint not Processed & now Hassasing Me- Number[protected]

Dear All,

I have requested thrice to get my landline Phone number[protected] to be disconnected but till date the same is not disconnected till date. They harras me every time when i call for the status. The first complaint was logged on 1st Sep 2012 vide request number 21218638 for the disconnection then again on 12 Sep 2012 vide request Number 21809114 but till date the same was not disconnected.

Now when i received the call from your office they said that i asked the executive to retain the service but i have never asked this to do. So get it disconnected at the earliest as i am fed up of this bad service

I have raised the disconnection request only due to the reason that my phone is not working properly & after a lot of complaints this does not resolved. I am paying the bill for services which i have not used. Also the phone is used by someone else due to cross connection.

Even after that your executive Tania called me from number [protected] & said me to settle the account for Rs 1500 on 9/2/2013 @ 10.43 am. Even after i have used the services still i agree to pay that amount & she said she will send the executive on 16/2/2013 with NOC but on 16/2/2013 she again called me & said that i have to pay 2300 now. Then when i tell him that earlier you said me that i have to pay Rs 1500 she said that its our company senior person who says that you have to pay RS 2300. When i tell her that i will pay only Rs 1500 as i have not used the connection but still i am paying that then she has used the abusive language & told me that u have to pay that amount otherwise we called each number you called & tell them you are begger & not paying us the amount for the connection used.

Is this the way to deal with the customer. I am using the Idea connection since 2002 & i have not any problem with that company but this is the worst experience that i have with Airtel.

Get it resolved at the earliest

Airtel — find landline number

can anyone tell me what is the directory inquiry number of airtel in maharashtra, nasik.
or else how can i find the landline number of friend just by knowing the name.

Airtel — Complaint still not Processed

Res Sir,
My cell no [protected] (prepaid) was in Friends-1 plan. But on 2 nov 2009 some one whom i do not know changed the plan to Freedom 1 sec pulse plan but recharging it with 64 rs.Also when this person did recharge on my no (i do not know about the whereabouts of this person) i did not receive any sms about it. But i did not recharge it, i would like to make it loud and clear. Even i knew about this change in my plan only on 4-5 nov night when i lost 40 rs as a call deduction that i made to an airtel no. Then i immediately called on 121 where they told me that there was a recharge on 2 nov 2009 at 7:20 pm on my no for freedaom plan and the transaction id being[protected] and amount being 64 rs. But i did not do this recharge and i made them aware of it too during this call on 121. they told me to go to Airtel Relationship centre in the morning of 5 nov. I wen on to the Airtel office on 5 nov and booked a compliant regarding this on 999 (Hotline no) at 10:10 am the complaint no being[protected] and the executive incharge was Mr. Pandurang Samant and he told mt wait for next 24 hrs for the change in plan. But this wait got longer. Twice again i called up at 121 regarding the status of my complaint and they all told me to wait for 48 hrs. Still no trace of my complaint being processed and my plan being changed to my earlier old plan i.e. Friends 1 plan. I would like to make it again clear that i did not do this recharge and why willl i take pains to undergo this tension if i would hv done this recharge. I lost my 40 rs as well my plan got changed. I do not want this plan . I only want my old Friends1 plan back with as it is condition of that earlier plan. Please it is a humble request to see into this matter.
Now i got a resolution from Airtel after writing to them Via email at least 8 times and I can tell you all something seriously...they just beat about the bush attempting to solve the problem and yes sometimes they do get you a resolution but after u have been inconvenienced a lot. They just keep complaints pending way to long. My compliant took 15 days ...the matter was really very simple..what else can i say.They actually need you to spoon-feed the problem and the solution. Most frustrating.
