[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — three landline connection and one internet connection of Airtel company and the problem

AIRTEL PHONE AND INTERNET CONNECTION — Landline and internet connection not working

Sir,

I, Radha Chaturvedi, is holding AIRTEL land line number[protected], located House No. 9, F2 Sector, Mayur Vihar Colony, Ashoka Garden, Bhopal - 462023, M.P. since[protected]. I have also activated INTERNET CONNECTION on the line.

On 3-6-2009, the landling and internet connection was not working and I lodged a complaint with customer care executive Mr. Abhishek at 1230 hrs. who gave me a complaint no. : 20488696 and assured that the landling and internet connection will function before 1730 hrs. on 3-6-2009.

It is now well past 1200 hrs. on 4-6-2009, and still the landline is not functional. No one from Airtel has botered to call me or to inform me of the delay in starting the line which for all practical purpose has gone dead only after 3 days of installation!!!

You are requested to kindly provide better service and do the needful please.

Airtel Landline — INTERNET NOT WORKING

I HAVE COMPLAINED AROUND 4 TIMES TO AIRTEL TELESERVICES REGARDING MY INTERNET CONNECTION BUT UPTILL NOW NOWONE HAS CAME YET..
ALL THE COMMITMENTS THEY MADE ARE BIAS AND I AM FACING A HUGE PROBLEM AND SUFFERED HEAVY LOSSES IN MY BUSINESS..

Airtel — deactivate landline and internet immediately

I am resident of palam vihar residing in I-843 A . Due to transfer i want my landline and the internet to get deactivated immediately. the number is 4378334. please kindly ensure it gets deactivated by today only. thank you.

AirTel — landline/ net is not working

Iam Lelavathi Guna Seaker . Submit my request regarding that my land line 42865368 and net line also not working for past one week . My complaint NO 7744874 on 17/6/11 . Till the time the airtel technicians din't complet my complaint . take necessary steps "AS EARLY AS POSSIABLE"
