Airtel Landline — Airtel Landline Dead

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My Airtel Landline number[protected] is dead.
Although i am done with paying my latest bill, i have a problem of a dead connection, the phone is not working but the internet is well in use.No outgoing or incoming facility is currently on.
Hence,i request you to kindly take quick action in favor of my complaint at the earliest and repair it asap.
