Airtel LAPUcard — new lapu card not active

I have take lapucard Mob no. [protected] from pd marketing on 17/08/2012 and all document at airtel relationship center at bapunagar but lapucard not active. when i call on 123 alltime say submit document, Mr parth of airtel relationship center not talk properly this matter & I am also talk Mr Chintan Pandya of airtel dth sales executive but problem not solve till date
