Airtel — late activation of blackberry plan

I am an airtel customer ([protected]) and i would like to complain about the late activation of the blackberry Internet plan. It has come to my notice that every time i activate the Internet plan i receive a confirmation sms grim the company that the plan will be activated within 4 hours. But it doesn't happen so. Most of the time i have to wait for at least 5 hours or even till the next day. Say, if i activate the one week plan and the plan actually starts working one day after that the customer loses out one day of service already. Please kindly look into the matter.

AirTel — Activation of Plan

I am a customer of airtel since last 13 yrs and i have 3 connections [protected], [protected], [protected]. What i have been noticing that services of airtell are deteriorating, worsning day by day and now they have become worst.There was time when i was so happy with airtel AND NOW ILLITERATE, FOOLISH, STUPID,executives are sitting at customer service, who dont know any thingthing except, sorry for keeping you on hold and few more ratta lines. I had requested for activation of Rs 99 plan on my no [protected], on which .20 paise will be charged from airtel to airtel.
I had given request on 9th sept 2009, and till date, as on 15th sept the service has not been activated and i presuming that service has been activated, started using the mobile, with the understanding that i am being charged .20 per call. Who is going to pay for the difference? Will airtel pay that? All as executives have been appointed by airtel. Not now everytime i hve to shout and make your executives understand for what is required.

AirTel — plan activation needed

Dear Sir,
I have got my new Airtel postpaid two days back. monthly rent is 99/-, 100000 sms free. I've called to your customer care regarding how much sms can be sent for 15 days. They said the plan does not activate yet. So please activate 100000 sms plan to my mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible. Kindly do me a favour.

Bharti Airtel — scheme activation

I had already infrom not to activate any scheme Again it has been activated some scheme on the basis of Rs 5/-
AMOUNT HAS ALREADY DEDUCTED
Realy i am not happy with this kind of thing i it not get stopped i have to really change the company &also refund my money to my account ASAP.
