Airtel Live — Bollywood fusion subscription | |
Dear Alll, I desperatly complaints that many times my money is been deducted for subject service.After bringing this to airtel teams notice twice they rerfunded it, and assured everytime that now this service is de-activated . But again after three - four days a message from 54321 comes stating that "you have been renewed for bollywood fusion subscription service from airtel.You have been charged Rs. 15/-." When a person who is using the instruments and service, is not applying for any such service, how can a service provider autoamatically renew any serevice whithout customers consent. Until now atlest Rs. 60/- have been deducted for this service. Please advise what shall one do if this scenario keeps on repeating of airtel team. Regards Sunil. Was this information helpful? | |

I have been charged 15/- several times from my mobile number [protected]. I am really frustated with this. I request you to kindly return all my money charged for this subsciption as i have never subscribed for it and please make sure that it does not happen again

I frequently use the internet through mobile but till now i have never accessed the Airtel Live site or applied for any kind of service that unnecessarily charges me but still I always get a message that you have been charged Rs.15 for Bollywood fusion. I just hate it and feel disgusting that even after talking to the customer care executive of Airtel on 121 no balance is refunded moreover what not unclear reason are given. Really I'm fed up with it.
I haven't subscribe for bollywood fusion but the money is deducted from my cell. Please unsubscribe as soon as possible. My cell no. [protected].
