Airtel Ltd. — deduction of amount from main balance | |||
I have a airtel no [protected] having sms pack of Rs. 88(700 msg/day). but as per TRAI we can send 100 massages per day from the pack. Today in the morning I have send 10-15 msges from the the package only. After that charges is deducted from my main blalnce for another 8-9 msg. I called customer care from where I got the assurance only. In the after noom i got a msg stating that Re 1 is credited to your account. So please do some need ful Action towards this complaint. Airtel Ltd. — Disconnected my mobile connection
Airtel disconnected my prepaid connection of mobile no.[protected] without any reason and without any information and forfeit my balance amount of Rs.330/- lying in my prepaid connection. And not ready to refund. And also not ready to activate the same.I am regularly recharging my mobile for Rs.200/- two times in a year as per their norms.
Please take up the matter with them.
