[Resolved] Airtel — Unauthorised sms and deduction | |||
Dear Sir Its for the kind notice once again, that I am still receiving sms from 56363 regarding Model Video Club on regular basis. Today I received it at 3:06 pm. Daily I receive one sms from 56363, since 5/9/2011, the matter of which is: 1.) To get todays Model Video Club content click here(charges 10p/10kb) http://bit.ly/AlModelVid and 2.) Dear User, your Video club service will be renewed in 2 days and you will be charged 30Rs for 7 days. Kindly notice my complaint and help me in this as it has created a lot of trouble since last month. I have complained Airtel about this and they are unable to sort it out. They have posted a waiver in my last bill but I am harrased mentally about receiving such sms again and again every day. No doubt they will post a waiver but till then I have to keep on writing them again and again. Its really harrasing. My airtel number is [protected]. Kindly help as soon as possible. Its regarding my airtel bill and suffering I am facing from last 3 months. Every month I face the same problem of heavy billing without my usage and my information. This time I received my bill of Rs 759/- with VAS mobile internet volume amounting for about Rs 600/-. I got my GPRS 98 activated and deactivated, it was used for 3 days, but my bill shows heavy billing on those three days which were promised by airtel to be free are charged. Kindly take serious note of my mail as I am suffering mental agony heavily in the hands of airtel. I won't pay this amount as you can check my previous record. I will continue with airtel only if I get a waiver of Rs 600/- and an assurance from airtel that this will not happen again and again. I have lodged my complaint with airtel 121 also after my conversation with Mr. Deepak. My complaint number is 40565841

Airtel — charges for unauthorised sms
Sir most humbly let me submit that this airtel is sending me cricket mach scores and leaching out my money as soon as i recharge it.I haven't requested for the same .i have also informed the customer care it seems they are mocking at me I am a private school teacher and i cant just give all the hard earned money to these guys.my number is [protected]
