I was using an Airtel no [protected] from past two years. I bought that no. from Airtel office. Last Saturday i lost my cellphone and so the sim was gone. Sim was successfully blocked after verifying my Id, And now when i went to airtel costumer care to ask for duplicate sim of the same no.[protected] the man on phone says that the no. is not on my Name
