[Resolved] Airtel — NET CONNECTION NOT WORKING SINCE 18.06.2011

please refer my account no.14889203 in the name of shreya agrawal.last 1 week is was very slow and from 18.06.2011to till date.i.e 06.07.2011 it is not working .Hence your are requested to start immediatly .my complain no.47835492.it .please also give waiver in the bill.Till time your office did not brother to inform us when it will be connected. lastly i talked with your area manager mr.kurashi on 02.07.2011 at .11.00 A.M. He says that before 3.00 pm i.e.on 02.07.2011 it will started. But supprised to note that Till time the net connection is not started i.e.5.7.2011 dt.11.30 almost 19days are over.To day i talk with mr kurshi he confirm that withn half an hours it will start.lsurprised to note that i got the bill dated 22.6.2011 without waiver.please send the correct bill so i can pay within due date.but note that till 6.7.2011

I REQUEST THAT AIRTEL SHOULD CONFIRM THAT I WILL GET THE WAIVER IN THE NEXT BILL FROM 18.06.2011 TO 07.07.2011. AIRTEL WILL NOT CHARGED, AND PROVIDETO THE CUSTMER IN WRITING .
