[Resolved]  Airtel Maharashtra — Misbehavior of customer care executives on phone & they are saving girls'number for calling them from their personal mobiles

Respected Sir/Madam

This mail is on behalf of Ms. Nikita Jangale. She is using airtel Maharashtra card,her number is [protected]. She made recharge for mobile internet but she was unable to connect the internet. It might be because o[censored]nsuccessful recharge or any other technical problem. So she made a call in the customer care on 27th June,2012 at around 8.19 PM. Then person from airtel customer care started talking in rubbish language after picking her call rather than solving her problem. So she told him to talk in proper language first and then solve my problem. Then also he continued to talk in wrong language. Then she dropped that call. But after few minutes she got a call from [protected] and found the same person who talked with her when she made a call in customer care , was calling from his personal mobile number. And started talking in very foolish and rubbish language. And he started calling her again and again. She is living in Kothrud, Pune.

Later on we called that person from another number then we found that person is also staying in the Kothrud. So she is frightened now because of that person. So please take serious action against him. If your customer care executives behave like this, all girls in Maharashtra ,using Airtel are in trouble because of such unethical behavior of Airtel customer care executives.

We thought before giving this matter to Media , we must inform you regarding this matter so that you can also take some corrective actions against him and avoid spoiling name of Airtel on news channels. Take this matter seriously.

Today i call c.care airtel for some problem.the problem i faced for the last 4 months.but there is no responce.am user of airtel kolkata circle.one of their c.care name Mukesh beheave very bad.n cut my call also n say just go whatever u will do see.is this fair?is this a relible company?

Airtel — wrongly deduction and misbehave

Dear Sir ,
I am Pradeep Rajoria ,and my no is "[protected]"i am airtel customer since 7 year but now a days i am facing so many problems by you. i made so many complaint about this but i didn't got resolution as well your customer care officer and the supervisor don't know know how to behave with the customer.three times they are wrongly charge me saying that i download the java games that i don't,then i use 98 rs pack for internet then also they are wrongly charge me saying that i activated the per day 10 rs pack for internet and today on 31st of oct i talk to mr lokesh at 10:14am.he said me this not my no this with the name of vijay is this your service.when the tri will activate the service for changing service provider i will we the first and told to other also about your this services i have the recording on your customer care people i will show that also.

Airtel — balance deduction and misbehaving with customer

Dear Sir,
Airtel is unnecessarily cutting my balance its not first time every month they cutting my balance and saying you are downloading the game and many excuses this time they said you are using airtel live. i already close my cell and putout the sim but then also balance is deducted per sec from my a/c.when i call to customer care they said we cant do any thing and misbehaving with me i have the voice recording of there team leader who dont know how to talk with customer.they also not make any complaint of my.
