This is to bring to your notice that my landline connection [protected] is not receiving dial tone since 18.09.2010.I had complained to [protected](complaint no[protected] in 18.09.2010 and it was assured that 19th being Sunday the problem will be rectified on 20th by 12 noon.As no action was taken then again we launched a complaint on 20.09.2010, it was informed that in the customer care computer, problem was mentioned as resolved BUT SADLY NO ONE VISITED NOR THE DIAL TONE WAS RESTORED.Again the customer care executive noted the problem(Complaint no[protected] and assured that by today evening the problem would be resolved.
Repeated reminders to the customer care has nor evoked any response as they are not able to understand the problem.Nor the customer care executive connect to higher officials.It is a new connection and the problem has started after about ten days itself.
Kindly do the needful so that the dial tone is restored.
