[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading information by agents | |
Vishal Sharma [protected] Airtel Prepaid i was wrongly and incompletely informed by an female associate on 10th of january when first time i contact with your custmer care.Actually i was going to take a recharge for GPRS plan so i was not exact aware about the plans in punjab airtel prepaid.i call to custmer care centre and my call connects at Jammu centre at airtel prepaid(Punjab).an associate inform me the plan of rs 149 unlimited GPRS and inform me that you can recharge your account and you will get unlimited data.i recaharged with rs149 at[protected] at 11:21 AM but i got 700 local A2A minutes instead of Data which was not required so i call again regarding inconvinience to me and complaints regarding misleading information given to me by the agent and demands for waiver but they simply denied for this.Then after i regularly call to Custmer care regarding my problem but they simply denied and did not give me resolution.from that date i call daily at centre related to my same issue.i think i had call in custmer care about 30 times during this 30 agents,about 20 seniors(KNE'S) ,5 teamleaders such as Mohit Walia(JAMMU),NAUSHAD AHMAD(JAMMU) and GURPREET SINGH(CHANDIGARH),,,and even i had talked to Manager of JAMMU Airtel centre..but not a single person give me resolution to my satisfaction..and every time they commit me call back but i did not get a single call back from their end till now.last day at monday i speak to Mr. GURPREET SINGH (TEAM LEADER) and they listen my call in which misleading information was given to me and give me resolution and feel sorry as well as compulsate with me for waiver of rs100 and inform me that waiver will be passed with in 4 hours of rs 100.but as per their commitment rs100 waiver did not passed to me till now.and today i call to know the status then i speak to team leader at JAMMU center and they directly refuse that no such request for waiver is processed till now,so kindly take solid action against this and pass my waiver of rs 100 as per commitment as soon as possible and one more thing i reuest that all my calls taken by associates from date 10th january to 15th january should be listen because minimum 15 times i have called at centre are disconnected by agent end even by seniur associaes also and take solid action against them so that your process can be better otherwise these associates can be cause a big loss for airtel.thanks.
