Airtel — MMS issue bad customer support
Hithis is in regard to the MMs issue i am facing with mobile no [protected] i have complained regarding this on 8/8/08 on 11:20 am with complaint no[protected] the customer care executive gave the commitment of 12aug 11:19am even at that time it was not sorted out then again when i called they said me it will be done on 13th by 4:30pm
thenon 15/8/07 again mr tippesh took my complaint and told me it will be resolved by 24 hrs when i called the next day they said it will be sorted by 19/8/08 by 1:30 but till now its not sorted out my problem is i cannot send mms it says failed and if someone sends an mms it gives a weblink and says please visit airtel.in wih a passcode when we go to the link it says page not found now i am trying to call the customer care they have blocked my calls to customer care it says please send your query in 140 characeters to 121 they will get back to me in 24 hrs i dont understand what the problem is and how to get it resolved the customer care people will do nothing more than taking a complaint please help me get my problem resolved
i'm also consult the custamer care they are exactly give the information

HIMY NAME IS RAJIV JHA FROM HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH I HAVE PREPAID CONNECTION NO [protected], I WILLL TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE LIKE 100 TIMES FOR MMS SERVICE ACTIVATED BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT GIVEN ANY SOLUTION OF MMS ACTIVATION WHEN MY GPRS IS CONNECTED I WILL REQUEST TO GIVE MMS SETTINGS SHE WILL SAY SIR WE WILL SEND A MESSAGE WITH IN 24 HOURS BUT YET I DONT RECIEVED THE SETTINGS, AND FINALY DECIEDED NO I DONT WANT BECAUSE THEY ARE HARRAS TO CUSTOMER AND I AM DEACTIVATE MY GPRS ALSO,
