Sub- Complaint for over charging.
Dear Sir/madam,
I am continuously facing problems, I am Airtel consumer since long but till date
We are not happy due to continuously problems from your end ,it seems as if your
Company is generating revenue by cheating consumers. Kindly have a look to those problems we encountered,
1/Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)
2/ Again Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. Again (We had paid for reactivation too)
3/ Cricket Score was activated This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)
NOW- We have Rs.250 Top Up Valid till 9 Nov2007.
on our life time (As per Plan) (You are Charging)
Airtel to Airtel – 30 Paisa PerMin- 1 Rupee/Min
As per conversation Customer Care Swati / Neha they explained due to less out going
Airtel is averaging account.
Explain already when we paid for low terrif how you can over look.
In case if you are not refunding the excess charged we shall go for consumer court and others.
Reply within 12 hours.
Already we had faxed the matter to [protected]. as hardcopy evidence
