[Resolved] Airtel — to deactivate unwanted services & stop deducting money | |||
my airtelmobile no.is [protected], without my knowledge airtel talkies service is deducting Rs.30 per month &airtellive is deducting Rs.10 for celegossip every week. I want all these services deactivated immediately. I have sent sms but with no effect. I have also spoken to the customer care service but there is no result so far. If my complaint is not attended to at the earliest ,i will have to take strict action. Was this information helpful? | |||

Pls deactivate my Airtel talkies service. my airtel no.[protected].
I am not use this service. Because I am not interested this/other service. I am always deactivate this serives thru my friend which live in Mumbai. Airtel no inform me to which service activate but deduct to 10Rs after ten days.

Airtel — STOP unsolicited services
Airtel is deductig money from mobile Balance in the name of provieding unsolicited services.They do not refuned the amount even when customer calls to STOP this unsolicited service.
Making a STOP requst for unsolicited service is very complicated and time consuming and requir replies to their multiple querry and STOP request confirmation SMS,
Whereas no such SMS is required by AIRTEL to start unsolcites service or deducting money .
I am fed up of AIRTEL -the cheaters and will change the service provider as soon as the mobile Portability is allowed.
