[Resolved] Airtel - Mobile — Payment Updation | |
I am Brijesh Yadav, residing in Mumbai. I am using airtel mobile no. from last 4 yrs. I had made all my payments on time to airtel. in spite of that they had created a lot of problems to me. Now my mobile number is not working. Reason that airtel says that i am having outstanding of Rs. 8000/-(apprx.). O27/05/2008 i had made payment of Rs. 6509/- through my credit card to airtel m check and still they had not received the payment. after that paymnet i had stopped making any payment through my credit card. two payments given after tha is updated but that payment is still not updated. My number is now not working. i had enquired 7 - 8 times airtel, given so many times mail to them but nothing had happend till date. Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel Mobile — PAYMENTS NOT UPDATING
I am having one mobile connection(Post Paid) corporate connection in the name of Bombay Traders. Tel No. [protected]. Bill for the period 25-5-09 to 25-6-09 for Rs. 488.56 wich has a due date of 16-Jul-09 was paid by us vide our cheque No.357813 and our bank has debited our account of 13/7/09 forRs. 489/-. But your account for the next bill shows no credits. We are getting numerous calls from your centre to deposit the bill. Even we have deposited the next bill of Rs. 2400/- as demanded by you.
Please look into the matter and credit our account with Rs. 489 + Rs. 50/- charged as late fee in the bill dt. 27th Jul, 2009.
