[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Connection — no network coverage within 2 km from airtel tower | |
An airtel tower has been installed in CHUNAKARA, KOTTAMUKKU JUNCTION, DIST. ALAPPUZHA, recently. I have an airtel connection, but there is no network of airtel is available at my residence which is hardly within two km towards east from the newly installed tower. Airtel — No tower Coverage
I have been making complains for my tower problem which is very low that my customers cant hear my voice clearly. i am making complains for last 15 months or so. several times they say that someone from airtel will come to your site and fix the problems. no one is here yet. i am having a lot of loss due to this as my customers are going to other vendors when they cant reach me as my phone is almost all time out of coverage. i want my tower to be cured as soon as possible. i cant even change my number as this is circulated all over in the market.kindly help me out in this. my Phone number is [protected]
