Airtel — mobile connection | |||
Sunil Mittal ji Reg- Delhi circle I got my vodafon mobile [protected] to Airtel and activated on 29.10.2012 . after one week on 9.11.2012 it was deactivated by Airtel. I again submitted the documents at Airtel Relationship centre, Tagore Garden Delhi-27 . But it was not restored. I lodged many complains to your Nodal officer th. E mail and FAX but they always says "WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN NEXT 24 HOURS" But actually they did not taken action on complains. They are just drawing salary but do not working properly. Now today is 22 nov but my mobile connection was not restored by airtel. Sir, Pl. check your nodal officers. I am bearing loss due to inactive of my mobile as I am out of Delhi. I will sue for this. I Purchased a prepaid Connection from Airtel Shop situated at Shoprix mall Noida sector 52, UP, and all the formalities were fulfilled on 22.10.10, but sorry to write that till day the number ([protected]) is activated after confirming from the customer care (though the number is chargeable now days) I got the reply that the papers are not yet recd. Can any body confirm the status and reply why I have spent money for airtel connection(for sim).
