me and other staffer of Dy C.A.O/Traffiic accounts office, new delhi, state entry road near plaza cinema are suferring with the problems of Network at ground floor since last many ears. previously we were having 60 nos i. [protected], K.L.Dutt, [protected] anil varshney and oothers but we are having more then 200 nos having [protected] to[protected] or more corporate nos are facing the problems of the aprops but no one take the care, i.m ladging reguler complaints at costumer care (latest 14/7, 31/8.08) It is must to mention here that many time costumer care people do not regd the complaint but say not to worry but after some days themselvs clear the complaints and delete the records fron the 121(C.CARE)
NOW IT IS HOPED THAT WE SHOULD NOT BOUND TO KNOCK THE DOORS OF CONSUMER COURT#

Airtel Delhi — Network issues

I am using Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number [protected]. I already complained in the past and again complaining for the same reason i.e. network issues. At first, the company said everything is fine without even checking the issue and then later on when I had strong words with them, they send their network engineer. The network engineer visited the place and inspect the network issue and even he said the same that we have network issue at the place. For making and receiving each and every call, we need to move outside the premises even at night time. So this kind of service is ridiculous. We trusted Airtel hoping to be the best service provider but Airtel is not at all interested in solving the issue and now it's getting more than expected. The engineer wrote down everything, check the signals and assured me that it will be fixed soon and now he is no more in the picture. He promised that either he or Airtel will revert back in 2-3 days and it's more than 10 days and nobody showed up. So I talked and wrote to Airtel again and they said they will revert back on or before 27/07/2009 and now it's 28/07/2009 and no one has showed up. So please help.

Hi, Airtel Is having a big problem of call drops and network unavailabilty in Ayodhya Aprtment, sector 13 Rohini New Delhi. Thank god for MNP Now I can switch MyNetwork.. I hope the Airtel guys learn

I am using airtel number and I have been facing lot of call drops/network problems at VIJAY PARK, GALI NO=27 Area No network in this area not even my mobile every body how use airtel number face this problem, If you want network for call some one you want to go outside or Taris no network in home or road please solve my problem

I am using airtel number and I have been facing lot of call drops/network problems at LAJPAT NAGAR 1ST, C-209 Area No network in this area not even my mobile every body how use airtel number face this problem, If you want network for call some one you want to go outside no network in home
