[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile internet Bill | |||
Hi! my self Guruprasad working for Grohe india Pvt ltd in Bangalore and using airtel corporate sim given by my company. without prior request for internet for corporate sim airtel has activated internet service to my no. and according to their bill i had used apprx 560MB internet browsing thru my no. and my company has got Rs 9910/- as internet bill and my co. has deducted that amount from my salary as per my company rules. AirTel — Internet Bill Problem
I am using Airtel Broad band connection. In my Sep'08 bill, I got that on a perticular day airtel charged Rs. 1500 Approx for internet using, but i didn't use that. I lodged a complaint on 4th Oct and again on 1st Nov, but till today i couldn't get any call from Airtel.When i got this month bill, it is showing that i have to deposit it IMMEDIATELY else my phone will be disconnected.
What should i do?

Dear Teami am haveing a mobile nokia5310 hand set.and taken settings for internet on mobile but iam not able to semd a mails from yahoo id to my friends from my mobile.from last 20 days i am faceing this problem.you now i contacted to customer care so many times but they are not able givig the compleet information, and today all so i am contactd to the c care stiil they are not giveing the information.and one more thing i want give complaint on airtel c care.officers allso to day i am spoken to 3 peoples one is mr syed and vinodkumar.(hyderbad) thye are directly disconcted the line 3times while i am speeking.pls chek and do the need ful

AirTel — Mobile Internet Billing
Airtel charged exhorbitant GPRS billing without informing customer about plan details. The activation cost is not explained by sales professionals. Total misselling and charging. The company could not provide proof of activation of services and puts the blame on customers. Fraudulently charges Rs 15 per MB usage while unlimited usage is only Rs 500 per month these days. Airtel blames customer for not selecting a right plan, while no plan is explained and blind charges to Post paid bill amount. No redressal. Beware Namaste Mr. Shanbhag,

Airtel — fraud in internet billing
i had a connection of airtel internet connection. They started giving me bills at so higher charges. I was shocked. I contacted them but no response
