[Resolved]  Airtel — mobile internet

i am having this probnlem of frenzo internet services from a long time. today a representative from ur company called up and informed me that services are activated from his end but i am still having the same problem. an error of mismatch o[censored]sername and password is coming inspite of entering the right password and even changing it in case of wrong memory. on reporting this problem, the representative is asking me to talk to 121 customer care. nw they r telling me to talk to 12118 or 12116 and i am getting no help whatsoever. pls look into this matter and solve the problem or else i have to take stricter action.

I using airtel internet on mobile No [protected] last 10 Month. I unable to connect internet in day time last three months. When complaint is reported to customer care several times they simply suggest basic things, which is not useful to customer, and my problem is not yet solved.

sir, i have recharged mobile internet plan but airtel didnt send me the settings .so i tried to call customer care for atleast an hour but they people not even talked.

I have been facing issue with my mobile Internet. The problem happened 2 months ago which was solved after repeated complaints and in 20 days.And today again, my mobile internet is not catching network. Internet sign appears but internet is not working. Please see to this ASAP.

For the past 15 days all the airtel mobile internets do not work in our house. It starts working as soon as we get out of the house. There is some problem in the house. For many years now we are using airtel but never have faced such a problem. Please revert asap. If this doesnt work for more days then we all airtel users in our house may change to other service providers. Please send someone asap to correct the problem.
