Airtel Mobile Number [protected] — Unnecessary harrashment due to improper updation regarding my services | |
Hi, I Abhishek Jain, is subscriber of Airtel against number [protected], number is activated on 14th march. I am facing problem since very first day( all the compalints are already registered at Customer care). Recently on friday 01.05.2009, my services were barred at around 1.00pm without any intimation. On confirming from customer care i came to know that due to non payment they had discountinued my services( which is already made on 29.04.2009), i again asked them to check the same, after putting me on hold for 25 min they( Mr Pratap, Floor supervisor) said that this is the fault of Airtel, we are sory for inconvinience. Now my concern is that due to this discontinued services company had denied to reimburse me the amount of last bill, in result i hadf asked Airtel to Kindly give me in writing so that i can asked my company to kindly get reimburse me the amount as that was not my fault.
