[Resolved] Airtel — mobile ownership transfer | |||
i Hari kishan sharma wanted to transfer the ownership of my mobile number [protected] to the name of my son. I submiited all the required documents at Airtel customer relation ship center jagatpuri new delhi to Mr. Aarif. on 27th of jan 2013. till 10th of feb nothing has been done. then i spoke to appellate authority Ms, jyoti malhotra. she asked me to send her all the documents scan copy to her mail. i did that on the same day on 14th feb. i was promised to resolve the issue with in 72 hours . but today as on 24th feb the issue is still pending. all the time airtel appellate team come up with a new excuse and never even think to resolve the issue. my alternate number to contact is [protected]. i[censored] can please help me out.
